Healthy Lifestyle


To have a healthy lifestyle you have to have a healthy breakfast and go to bed early. When you get up you have to brush your teeth so your teeth don't get rotten. In the daytime you have to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. At lunch you have to have a healthy sandwich. For dinner you can have a salad and chicken. Before you go to bed you have to brush your teeth so they don't fall out.
